To disable the “Managed by your organization” notice from the Google Chrome using Chrome Settings:
1. Open your Google Chrome browser and copy and paste “chrome://flags/” in address bar(without quotes) and press Enter. This will open advanced configuration page for Chrome.
2. Now type managed in the “Search flags” box.

You can remove the policies created in the Google Chrome via Registry Editor in Windows OS.
To do this follow the steps:

- Now locate the key “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Chrome”;

Deleting Group Policies Using Command prompt
- Open Command Prompt by pressing Win+ R at the same time and type “cmd”and then press ‘Ctrl+Shift+Enter‘(admin mode);
- It will open the Command prompt window in administrative mode, now you need to type the following commands to delete the group policies on your computer. Execute the commands one by one.

gpupdate /force
